Jay E. Auerbach was born in Brooklyn, New York and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and before the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. Mr. Auerbach handles cases in many different areas of the law including civil litigation, real estate, collections, probate, wills & trusts, bankruptcy, landlord-tenant law and corporate law.

Khila L. Khani is a native Floridian who earned her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and before the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. Ms. Khani focuses her practice in the area of real estate law and is a title insurance agent who writes title with the Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund.
